VIEW FROM THE ROAD
We ask that you 'drive by' the properties in your price range but please do not knock at the door or enter the grounds. If we discover that you have approached/disturbed the existing tenants you will not be considered as a tenant with our company and your application will be declined!

LONG LIST
If you are interested in a property and you are already registered and wish to apply for it, click the "Apply For Tenancy" on the property details page and submit your application. Your full name will then be added to our 'Long List'. If for any reason you are not registered with us your name will not be considered for selection.

SHORT LIST
From this list our letting agent Graham Faulkner will select on merit a 'Short List' of prospects who will be offered the opportunity to view the subject property. These viewings may take place over a period of a week or sometimes two from the time the property is added to our 'Available Properties' list. If your name is not selected for the 'Short List' you will be advised promptly that you application has been unsuccessful.

FINAL TENANCY SELECTION
From the 'Short List' a final selection will be made. We wish to stress that our selection process is based entirely on merit and we do consider a very wide range of factors when establishing merit. Written references are extremely important as preference will be given to those prospects who can clearly demonstrate a history of regular rent payments and a history of caring and looking after rental premises.
