Home Rental Services offers two types of assessment of ‘fair market rental value’ for residential property. These are:

(a)    A ‘Summary Assessment’ report which is essentially a ‘one liner’ outlining only the assessed rental range of the subject property. This type of report is accepted by banks and other lending institutions. Our charge for a ‘Summary Assessment’ report is $25.00 (Plus GST)

(b)   A ‘Detailed Assessment’ report which gives more particulars of the general condition of the subject premises and thus it’s suitability for residential rental purposes. This type of report is particularly useful for property investors who may be considering the purchase of a rental investment property. Our charge for a ‘Detailed Assessment’ report is $125.00 (Plus GST).
