SCHEDULE OF FEES - CASUAL LETTING FEES
For the introduction and
selection of a suitable tenant, showing the
tenant the property, preparing the tenancy
documentation and accounting for moneys
received, the owner agrees to pay Home Rental
Services a fee of:
$250.00 plus (plus GST).
SCHEDULE OF FEES – RENTAL ASSESSMENT
FEES
Home Rental Services offers two types of rental
assessment for residential property. These are:
(a)
A ‘Summary Assessment’ report which is a
short report that shows only the assessed rental
range of the subject property. This type of
report is accepted by banks and other lending
institutions for loans approval purposes.
Our fee for a ‘Summary Assessment’ report is $25.00 (Plus GST)
(b)
A
‘Detailed Assessment’ report which gives more
particulars of the general condition of the
subject premises and thus it’s suitability for
residential rental purposes. This type of report
is particularly useful for property investors.
Our fee for a ‘Detailed Assessment’ report is $125.00 (Plus GST).
Please note that
(a) Our reports are assessments only and should
not be regarded as valuations as may be supplied
by a registered valuer.
(b) Our ‘Detailed
Assessment’ reports are designed to give an
overview of the ‘rentability’ of a property and
cannot be relied upon for any other matters that
a prospective purchaser/investor may wish to
enquire into
such
as may be contained in a structural,
engineering, builders or LIM report.
